Welcome to Improved Athletics.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and any purchases made through it.

Improved Athletics is a trading name of Improved Athletic Clothing Ltd.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, products may sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee that sold-out items will be restocked.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

Adding an item to your basket does not guarantee that the item will be available until your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

Once an item has sold out, we cannot guarantee that additional stock will become available.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and provide a full refund for the affected order or item.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where: - An item has been incorrectly priced or described; - There has been a technical or payment error; - We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; - An item is no longer available; or - We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders are normally dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery is expected to take approximately 3–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, strikes or other disruptions.

You will receive dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you generally have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within the applicable 14-day cancellation period.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items should be returned in a condition suitable for resale, with original tags attached where applicable.

Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning an item where applicable.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

Because our clothing is released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that a different size or product will be available.

If you require a different size or item, you may return your original purchase in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order, subject to availability.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Unless otherwise stated, sale items remain subject to the same applicable statutory consumer rights as full-price items.

Limited availability does not remove or restrict any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights regarding faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw promotional codes where permitted by law.

However, we do not guarantee that our website will always be available or completely free from errors.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, website content and availability when necessary.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time your order was placed.

This may include severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, supply chain issues, government action, natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

Where possible, we will keep affected customers informed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

The Terms & Conditions that apply to your purchase will be the version in effect when you place your order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under UK law.
